A clean clone plus repeatable setup is usually the simpler answer. A persistent workspace earns its cost when processes, interactive shell state, or cross-device continuity are the thing you cannot reconstruct.
Trust model
Know what leaves the page.
SSH and Claude setup output is assembled in the browser. Generated commands, hostnames, repository details, and environment variables are not recorded.
The plugin is a visible Markdown instruction bundle. It forbids secret reads, file changes, setup execution, and Terminalbox network calls.
Terminalbox records a random per-tab session plus bounded page and destination labels. It does not attach those events to an email or repository.
