Keep the choice.

If Terminalbox is not right for your workflow, request a full refund of your first Terminalbox subscription payment within 14 calendar days. No explanation is required.

Request a first-payment refund
The plain-English policy

One promise, four boundaries.

01

Your first payment

The promise covers one first Terminalbox subscription payment per customer. It does not cover renewals, earlier subscriptions, or charges from Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, Google, or another agent provider.

02

Fourteen calendar days

Email the request within 14 calendar days after the first subscription payment. Send it from the address used for Terminalbox so we can match the billing account safely.

03

Refund and cancellation

We will request a full refund to the original payment method and end the paid subscription. Stripe and the card issuer control when the money appears; card refunds commonly take 5–10 business days after initiation.

04

Export before access ends

Paid panes may be suspended when the subscription ends. Export any files you want to keep before requesting the refund. Agent-provider accounts and usage remain separate.

How to request it

Email is the request.

Use the account email and write “Please refund my first Terminalbox subscription payment.” We do not need a reason, terminal output, repository details, or payment-card information. Cancelling in Stripe by itself does not request this refund.
